Policies & Procedures
- Payment is expected at time of reservation. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, personal checks, or cash.
- Security Deposit is required upon booking all reservations.
- Damages-Guests are responsible for any damage done to the guest house house during your stay.
- Cancellation Policy-There is a 7 day notice required for festival weekends and a 3 day notice for all other reservations prior to arrival date or a full charge of the reservation will be applied. If the vacancy is filled, a full refund will be credited back less a $20.00 processing fee.
- Restrictions-No smoking anywhere inside the guest house. No pets allowed inside the guest house. We will however be happy to help guests with pets make boarding arrangements at our local kennels.
- Housekeeping-Services are not provided for one and two night stays. All towels and linens will be provided prior to check-in.
